Massey Ferguson takes to the 25th Agrishow, from April 30th to May 4th, the new MF 8125 sprayer, of 2.500 liters. The equipment was specially designed to offer versatility, daily productivity (ha/hour), low fuel consumption, high traction capacity, flexible chassis, safety and operational comfort. In addition to the launch, the MF 9130 Plus model can also be seen at the brand's stand.
“The sprayer is the machine that works the hardest during the harvest because it enters the field several times to carry out the necessary applications. Therefore, the producer needs equipment that is robust, versatile and reliable”, says Vitor Kaminski, Sprayer Product Marketing Supervisor at AGCO, for Massey Ferguson.
Available in sugarcane and grain versions, the new equipment combines low operating weight, high traction capacity, flexible chassis, independent axles and 4x4 crossed hydrostatic transmission, offering the producer greater versatility and allowing the machine to work in the most diverse soil and topography conditions. . “With these attributes, the MF 8125 provides maximum productivity potential, application quality, in addition to maintaining a high useful life of the entire sprayer structure”, adds Kaminski.
Equipped with an AGCO Power engine (170 hp), the new Massey Ferguson sprayer works at low working speeds – up to 14% lower than current models available on the market -, with a low pollutant emission rate, low fuel consumption - average of 12,5 liters/hour, under normal operating conditions - lower noise for the operator and lower environmental impact. With the cab positioned on the wheelbase, impacts due to terrain variations are reduced, ensuring greater comfort for the operator. The fuel tank has a capacity of 365 liters, considerably increasing working autonomy.
Equipped with a touch screen spray controller and spray pump control through a PWM valve, the MF 8125 offers better control and quality in the application, avoiding pesticide waste and reducing environmental impact. Another benefit is the longer useful life of the spraying system, reducing maintenance costs and improving the quality of the application.
The equipment also has an Auto-Guide 3000 automatic pilot and automatic closing of the standard spray sections and, as options, telemetry, automatic bar height sensor and automatic pilot with centimeter precision, ensuring more efficient spraying, with fewer failures or excessive overlaps. .
MF 9130 Plus
In addition to the launch, visitors will be able to check out the MF 9130 Plus sprayer with a 200 hp iEGR (Internal Exhaust Gas Recirculation System) electronic engine, which facilitates operation and maintenance control, thus allowing more machine availability for the field work. The 3.000-liter equipment has a flexible chassis, 4x4 traction, autopilot, telemetry, End-Cap system, stainless steel spray piping and a free space of 1,65m – one of the largest in the segment.
