Agrishow Special: Case IH defines autonomy categories and announces pilot program
Five categories make up the framework that outlines a spectrum of automation
Innovation and the use of technology are two of the most important tools for the development of agriculture. Combining these concepts, IHARA, a company specializing in crop protection technologies, continues working to develop and bring its best products across the country. One of the main crops in the interior of the state of São Paulo, sugar cane will be the center of attention at Agrishow 2018, in Ribeirão Preto (SP). Between April 30th and May 04th, the company will present some of its main solutions focused on culture at the fair. Among them, Flumyzin, Pottente and Riper.
Highlights for Cana:
The Flumyzin It is a herbicide for controlling weeds and can be applied pre- or post-emergence. In sugarcane, it acts mainly to combat narrow leaves that are difficult to control and wide leaves. The nematicide Pottente contributes to the protection of healthier roots and greater absorption of nutrients, promoting higher levels of productivity and longevity for the sugarcane field. Completing the portfolio is Riper, the sugarcane ripener that has grown the most in recent years.
Highlights for Citrus:
Among the acaricides are the recently launched Sanmite EW, with a high shock effect, broad spectrum of action and efficiency observed in all phases of the mite's development; and Okay, which offers very high speed, with shock action that eliminates mites quickly.
Highlights for Soy:
Visitors will be able to learn about Approve fungicides and EC Fusion, Bold insecticide and the herbicide Targa-Max, respectively options for combating rust, stink bug and resistant grasses, among other pests.
“IHARA innovated in products and many of its formulations for the most varied crops, including sugarcane. The entire portfolio allows the farmer to manage the plantation from start to finish, avoiding losses and increasing productivity”, says Gustavo Canato, Sugarcane Marketing Manager at Ihara.
Agrishow is the largest agribusiness event in Latin America. The fair, which presents the main launches and the latest trends in technology for the field, brings together more than 159 thousand visitors, 800 brands on display in an area of 440 thousand m² every year. The meeting takes place from April 30th to May 04th, in Ribeirão Preto, in the interior of São Paulo.
