Agrishow Special: New sugarcane harvester line will be launched by Case IH at Agrishow 2018
Drone, sprayer and high-power tractor will also be highlights at the main agricultural fair in Latin America
From April 30th to May 4th, Kepler Weber, leader in complete projects for grain storage and processing, participates in the 25th edition of Agrishow | International Fair of Agricultural Technology in Action. The event will take place in Ribeirão Preto, in the interior of São Paulo, and will bring together more than 800 companies from different segments of the national and international agricultural chain, in addition to the main banks focused on agribusiness.
Producers will be able to learn about Kepler Weber's technological line at the event, which comprises unit projects with an intelligent storage system. In line with Agrishow's proposal to highlight technological advances in Brazilian agribusiness, the concept employs the best technologies in controls and systems in favor of preserving grain quality, agility in processes, a strong reduction in operational costs, in addition to food and operational safety.
Exclusively designed to meet the needs of its customers, the automated projects developed by Kepler seek to integrate the best equipment within a unit, with the aim of enhancing results. From start to finish, from receipt to the moment of final packaging in the silos, all processing is designed to preserve the high quality of the grains, reducing costs and ensuring greater operational safety.
With automation, it is possible to control the grain flow route at all stages, through a central supervisory system, which replaces manual labor in the process. During storage, relative humidity, air and grain temperature data are monitored, allowing the aeration system to be activated only at the ideal time for the correct conservation of the stored product, thus reducing operating costs and losses in the process.
“The rapid evolution of the agricultural segment requires constant modernization of controls, machines and tools. This directly impacts production, which requires more agility in grain storage and handling processes, for quality delivery. With precise automation and intelligent storage technologies, producers today have, among other benefits, the power to choose the best time to sell their production, for example. This, without a doubt, brings more returns and profits”, says Anastácio Fernandes Filho, president of Kepler Weber.
“Detailed control of the grains at the beginning, upon arrival at the plant, impacts the entire chain. Better grains are more valued and, consequently, produce high quality food. And it is this difference that reaches the end consumer’s table every day”, explains Tadeu Vino, the company’s commercial superintendent.
For a complete solution, customers can also count on Kepler Weber Technical Assistance and After-Sales support. The only company in the country in the segment to offer this service, Kepler has specialized service throughout the country and three parts distribution centers, which guarantee fast and efficient deliveries.
The 25th Agrishow is held by the main Brazilian agribusiness entities and, in this edition, is expected to receive more than 150 thousand visitors, both from Brazil and abroad. During the event, producers will also be able to learn about the benefits of Kepler's partnership with Banco DLL, a Dutch group present in more than 30 countries, for investments in grain storage. Among the advantages, customers have reduced credit approval times, which speed up and increase the chain.
