Embrapa Soja promotes the Soy Production Course, a phytosanitary management module, between November 18th and 22nd, at Embrapa's headquarters, in Londrina (PR). 35 places are offered, which facilitates interaction between participants and instructors. The program is organized with theoretical and practical classes and technical field visits. Registration must be made through the Internet.

The program content will cover topics such as: Plant Physiology, Integrated disease management, Nematode management, Integrated pest management and Agrochemical application technology. The modules will be taught by researchers who will demonstrate results from technologies recommended by Embrapa. Researcher André Prando, coordinator of the Course, says that the objective is to promote the updating and training of technicians and producers on soy production technologies. The course is offered in two independent modules and the first was held in June on soil and crop management.
