Solution for controlling white mold is highlighted at an event in Sarandi (RS)

During the Cotrisal Field Day, the company Nufarm presents the technological solution Curado-Sialex 500, aimed at controlling white mold in soybeans. At its stand, the company also provides farmers with field results from the Crucial and ZethaMaxx herbicides and the SeedProtection platform, for seed treatment.

Launched around three years ago, the ZethaMaxx herbicide gained a reputation for its performance in controlling invasive plants that cause damage to crops during desiccation and pre-planting, especially horseweed and bittergrass.

“The product delivers results above expectations. It avoids productivity losses in the face of initial weed competition, reduces the seed bank and when used correctly eliminates the need for post-emergence application of soybeans”, explains Nufarm's Trade Marketing manager, agronomist Rubens Fiorin.

The Crucial herbicide, according to Fiorin, acts on a broad spectrum of broad leaves in different crops and has a faster effect than other glyphosates, especially in rainy cycles.

The SeedProtection seed treatment platform will also be one of Nufarm's highlights at the event in Sarandi (RS), due to the representative results it transfers to the productivity of grain crops. The SeedProtection platform consists of the insecticides Maestro FS, Inside FS, Adage 350 and Saddler 350 SC, in addition to the fungicide Apron RFC.
