SoluBio hired José Leonardo Artioli and Guilherme Leonel Dias, as Head of Customer Experience and Head of SBS (customized service program for large accounts), respectively. With his arrival, the company reinforces its commercial and product expansion strategy.
In turn, Maurício Schneider, formerly CRO, now holds the position of CEO, previously held by Alber Guedes.
José Leonardo Artioli is an agronomist and has more than 10 years of experience in biological management in various crops. He worked at companies such as Stoller, Bayer, Biotrop and Koppert.
As head of the customer experience team, he will have the mission of improving SoluBio's customer journey when purchasing biological inputs.
In fact, considering customer experience, the company will implement SoluBio Best Solutions in 2023, an initiative that will be led by the Head SoluBio Best Solutions.
Before this challenge, agronomist Guilherme Leonel Dias worked at several companies, such as Bayer, Koppert and Provivi do Brasil.
Its objective is to serve participants in the SBS program, which brings together customers in a personalized way. They are producers who have more than 50 thousand hectares of land under cultivation.
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), Mauricio Schneider, is preparing to take over as CEO of the company. The current CEO and founder, Alber Guedes, assumes the presidency of the board. And he will be responsible for the company's macro vision and strategic movements.
