The Department of Soil Science at ESALQ/USP (Luiz de Queiroz Higher School of Agriculture, University of São Paulo), through the SolloAgro Continuing Education Program in Sustainable Agriculture, will promote, from 23/02/2018 to 22/02/ 2020, the Specialization Course in Soil Management in Vilhena/RO.
The objective of the course, in person, is to provide enrolled postgraduate students with the necessary information for adequate soil management, in addition to promoting the exchange of knowledge between professionals linked to the research and agricultural production sectors.
Coordinated by Prof. Dr. Luís Reynaldo F. Alleoni from ESALQ/USP, the course has a faculty made up of professors from ESALQ/USP and invited experts, and is aimed at professionals graduated in Agricultural Engineering and also at other higher education professionals with related activities to the sector.
“The difference in our courses is the experience of more than 100 years of ESALQ research applied to the field, for the benefit of producers and agricultural production”, highlights Alleoni.
Duration
The Specialization Course in Soil Management lasts 2 years, divided into 4 modules of different specialties, with 18 classes on Fridays from 16pm to 22pm (3 weekends every 4 months), on Saturdays from 8am to 12pm and from 13pm to 17pm and on Sundays from 8am to 12pm. The meetings will take place at Sicoob de Vilhena.
