SLC Agrícola is accepting applications for the 2025/2 Internship Program. Aimed at students in the last or penultimate semester of courses such as Agronomy, Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine and various Engineering disciplines, the program offers a six-month immersive experience on the company's farms spread across seven Brazilian states. Applications are open until July 21.
During the internship, participants will have the opportunity to work directly in the company's operations, putting into practice the knowledge acquired at university and actively participating in routines and projects in the areas of agricultural production, livestock management, grain and fiber processing, among other areas. The environment values innovation, sustainability and continuous development.
In addition to field experience, the program has an exclusive Development Path, practical experiences and monitoring designed to accelerate the professional growth of interns.
According to Juliana Vencato, Human Resources and Corporate Communications Manager at SLC Agrícola, the program is an excellent opportunity for students from all over the country. “We are looking for professionals who want to learn in practice and we have openings for farms in several states. SLC Agrícola seeks talents with an analytical profile, critical thinking, proactivity, resilience and good communication. These are characteristics that we value in our organizational culture,” she says.
To participate, you must be regularly enrolled at the educational institution, with no pending issues for the mandatory internship in the second half of 2025. You must also be available to intern for six months at one of the company's units and be interested in building a future career within the company.
