A major agribusiness event, Coplacampo is held annually by Coplacana, the Sugarcane Planters Cooperative of the State of São Paulo, based in São Paulo's Piracicaba. In this year's edition of the meeting, aimed at cooperative members and rural producers, between the 21st and 24th of this month, the Italian-Japanese company Sipcam Nichino Brasil presents a range of cutting-edge solutions for soybean, corn and sugarcane crops. of sugar.
Sipcam Nichino will bring to Coplacampo a wide range of solutions for soybeans, such as the fungicide Fezan Gold and the insecticide Takumi. The first constitutes a premium product, with high agronomic performance, suitable for managing the main crop diseases; the second, launched in 2020, acts on difficult-to-control caterpillars of the oilseed, including Spodopteras frugiperda and eridania.
For sugarcane crops, the company will announce the launch of the Sirtaki 360 CS herbicide, with a broad control spectrum. Two other cutting-edge herbicides, Leale and Kicker, will be extensively covered in Coplacampo's programming. Leale is recommended for managing difficult-to-control weeds, while Kicker has become known for effective control of several pre-emergence weeds. The effective action of the Takumi insecticide on the sugarcane borer is also on Coplacampo's agenda.
The Italian-Japanese company will also showcase its biostimulant platform Abyss, Blackjak, Nutex Premium and Stilo Verde, the latter being launched, for sugar cane and soybeans. Incorporated into the producer's management, says the company, biostimulants make physiological processes more efficient in the crop cycle. According to Sipcam Nichino, in addition to reducing plant stress due to the effect of adverse climatic conditions of humidity and temperature, such solutions activate natural defense processes in crops, increasing their capacity to absorb nutrients from the soil and achieving higher rates of productivity.
Corn producers will learn about success indicators for the Click herbicide, recently launched and described as 'revolutionary', resulting from a new chemical molecule from Sipcam Oxon. “The control of corn invaders will be divided between before and after Click”, says Sérgio Camargo, from the market development area at Sipcam Nichino Brasil.
