Sindiveg combines technology and knowledge in a lecture at the AgroEfetiva workshop

On the 17th and 18th of May, the “III AgroEfetiva Workshop Understanding Application Technology: Spraying Drones” will take place in Botucatu (SP), which will promote debates and exchange of knowledge on advances in application technology with spraying drones , aligned with good agricultural practices. The Workshop has the support of Sindiveg, National Union of the Plant Defense Products Industry, which will give a lecture on the 17th. The presentation will address the entity's free training platform, available to the entire segment through the website.

“The agricultural sector invests in technology, information and knowledge, and we have seen an increase in possible applications for drones. In view of this, certification and education for producers is also necessary, both on correct and safe use and on good practices that contribute to the environment. Being at this workshop is another step towards technical and operational knowledge of using these tools in the field.”, states Eliane Kay, executive director of Sindiveg.

Also during the event, the public will be able to learn and learn more about formulations, adjuvants and mixtures for drones, calibration and deposition range, spray tips, equipment and accessories, application quality and risk of drift, in addition to topics relevant to the market such as drones in pesticide leaflets and sector legislation, the drone market in general, application of biological products and the CAS - Drones program, with certification of good practices.

The first day of the workshop will take place at Areté Eventos, and on the second day, at Fazenda Experimental Lageado, headquarters of the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences (FCA) at Unesp, Botucatu campus, for demonstrations to the public. The event is organized by the Foundation for Agricultural and Forestry Studies and Research (Fepaf), FCA/Unesp and AgroEfetiva, and registration can be done through the link.
