XXXVI Brazilian Nematology Congress will have the theme "Nematodes: from Science to Field"
The objective will be to bring nematological themes worked on in science to the reality of the field
The Agricultural Aviation Companies Union (Sindag) has opened registrations for the second edition of the Brazilian Agricultural Aviation Leaders Academy, which will take place in June, in Goiânia/GO. There will be two days of immersion (27th and 28th) in activities from 8 am to 18 pm, in an itinerary that covers topics such as experience and self-perception, leadership and communication, in addition to the exchange of experiences. The curriculum also covers opportunities in the sector, planning and market relations, discussing ethical issues and reputation.
The event will be at Comfort Hotel (Avenida Dr. Ismerino Soares de Carvalho, 52) and registrations are made online, clicking HERE. Other information directly with Sindag, by phone (51) 3337-5013 or by email sindag@sindag.org.br
The Academy project emerged last year, to promote a leap in excellence for aeroagricultural companies, humanizing the internal and external relationships of each one. “In addition to the high technology present in operations – and that must always be updated, managers need to be aware of modern forms of management, focusing on human processes and with a strategic vision uniting market and society”, highlights Colle.
EXPECTATION
The course script also includes several exercises simulating conflict situations, personnel management and decision making. The first edition of the Agricultural Aviation Leaders Academy was in April last year, in Ribeirão Preto/SP, and was considered a success by Sindag. Because of this, registrations are open until April 30th, but must end beforehand, as there are only 25 places available. “The idea is to hold editions in all regions where there are agricultural companies”, says Colle.
Brazil has the second largest agricultural fleet on the planet (behind only the United States), with 2.194 aircraft – according to data from the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac). Of this total, 1.461 aircraft are divided between 253 aeroagricultural companies – of which more than 60% are affiliated with Sindag and are the focus of the Leaders Academy.
Another 709 aircraft belong to 585 producers who have their own planes. The remaining 24 devices on the account come from flying schools, the Air Force Academy (to tow gliders), fire departments that use them to fight fires and other institutions.
SUPPORT
The Leaders Academy is sponsored, for the second year, by the company Travicar Tecnologia Agrícola, from Porto Alegre, RS. According to Travicar's commercial manager, Juliano Petry, the supplier of aeroagricultural equipment and technologies understands the importance of the market vision proposed by the course. “As one of the oldest companies in the sector in the country, over the years Travicar has also needed to go beyond developing increasingly innovative products and technologies.”
The strategy then was to improve people management, working with leaders and training professionals and teams committed to social and ethical responsibility, improving results and gaining customer loyalty by also increasing their good reputation. “We were very excited about the possibility of multiplying this philosophy within our market”, summarizes Petry, about the partnership with Sindag.
