Executive Guilherme Trotta is the new CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) of Grupo Semper AgTech, an Agro conglomerate that brings together the companies Semper, Produce and WIN. With more than three decades of experience in the commercial and marketing area, Trotta has an ascending career in multinational companies such as Siemens, Natura, Avon, Tupperware and Motorola.
The executive is also co-founder of Produce, a pioneering company in the direct sales model in agriculture created in 2019, which currently has the largest sales force in the sector. The group also has Semper AgTech, a reference company in genetic improvement, research and development of biotechnology, operating with its seed production industry in Santa Helena de Goiás, as well as a Research Center in Uberlândia and another in Toledo, in Paraná.
The group's most recent operation is WIN, created in 2023, with its headquarters in São Paulo capital and Brasília (DF), its mission is to be the group's biotechnology, innovation and research arm.
