Expointer 2024 serves as a stage for Semeato to promote a series of innovations in its product line. Among the new features, the Sol Quarantatre articulated planter and the hydraulically driven transport wheelset for the SSM 41 model stand out.

Semeato's main highlight at the fair is the Sol Quarantatre articulated planter, available in nine models. The machine is designed to sow grains with precision, even on uneven terrain. With the capacity to work with 10 to 21 planting lines and spacing of 45 cm, Sol Quarantatre has an innovative chassis design that allows articulation of up to 30°, maintaining pressure and depth during sowing. Furthermore, the large capacity reservoirs for seeds and fertilizers increase autonomy in the field, making the process more efficient. The planter is also available with 50 cm spacing, offering greater flexibility for different types of crops.

Another novelty presented by Semeato at Expointer is the transport wheelset with hydraulic drive for the SSM 41 model. This system allows, through a control on the tractor, the machine to quickly change from the working position to the transport position, with a width 3,75 meters, making it easier to move the equipment. The SSM 41 model, already recognized for its quality and durability, thus gains a new functionality that adds practicality to rural producers.

To serve small and medium-sized producers, Semeato launches the SHM at Expointer, the leading sales machine in the Mais Alimentos line. This equipment surprises with its onboard technology, typical of large machines. Among the incorporated systems, Smartflow, Semedrive, Intellicontrol, Isobus, Vacuum System stand out, as well as limiters and compactors with easy adjustment. SHM promises to be a complete solution, combining technology and accessibility.

Semeato also reinforces its commitment to innovation by exhibiting at the fair technologies such as Smartflow, a high-performance dosing screw system, which maintains the continuity of fertilizer flow even on uneven terrain. This system eliminates the need for lubrication, simplifying maintenance. Semedrive, another highlight, is a self-compensating transmission system that ensures homogeneous distribution of seeds, guaranteeing consistency and quality in planting. The system uses rigid transmission shafts that articulate through transmission boxes, offering safety, durability and eliminating the need for periodic lubrication.
