Internet access in the countryside has grown by more than 1700% in recent years according to the IBGE (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics). More than 1,4 million farmers are connected.
And thinking about increasing digitalization in the field, the application Basf Agro gains a new functionality in Brazil. Farmers can check out the brands’ entire portfolio of soybean and cotton seeds Soytech, Credenz e Fibermax in addition to the entire catalog already available on crop protection.

Created in 2017, the application Basf Agro is a channel with technical information about the main crops and content for the management of pests, diseases and weeds. The platform, which already has more than 10 thousand downloads per year, allows producers to access the company's main solutions even without an internet signal (offline). The information is recorded when last accessed and allows the farmer to access the content at any time.

The seed catalog update should also arrive soon in Argentina, which already has access to the crop protection portfolio, as well as Mexico.
