Conceito Sementes has reached the final stage of its harvest with 90% of the fields harvested. The results of this harvest indicate seeds of a high standard of quality. The favorable climate, intensive technical monitoring and rigorous processing processes contributed to this performance.

Sales of the crop began even before the processing was completed. Deliveries will take place between September and November.

Throughout the growing cycle, climate conditions remained ideal, with no droughts or extreme events. This favored crop productivity, especially in Goiás, where Conceito Sementes has a large part of its fields. The company achieved record productivity for both grains and seeds.

Wenes Vagner da Silva Ferreira, the company's field production supervisor, highlights that the quality of the harvest is a direct result of the care taken at each stage of the process.

From planting onwards, Conceito Sementes invests in rigorous technical monitoring to ensure seeds with high vigor and germination.

The company also invested in detailed technical monitoring during the peak of the harvest. Specialized technicians supervised each work front, ensuring that the machines were properly adjusted to avoid mechanical damage.

Strict control of bedbugs was essential to avoid impacts on seed quality, and careful selection of the best-performing fields ensured the success of the processing stage. The integrated work of agronomist consultants was also essential for correct crop management and prevention of losses caused by pests.

Vandersom Silva, operations manager at Conceito Sementes, states that seed quality begins long before harvest. He emphasizes that all the work carried out in the field directly reflects on the productivity that customers will have in the next harvest.
