​São Paulo Secretary of Agriculture transfers office to ESALQ

This Tuesday, 11/10, the Secretary of Agriculture and Supply of the State of São Paulo, Arnaldo Jardim, transfers his office to the “Luiz de Queiroz” College of Agriculture (USP/ESALQ). The action traditionally takes place on account of Luiz de Queiroz Week, which celebrates, among other initiatives, the National Agricultural Engineer's Day (October 12).

Early in the morning, Jardim will participate in the flag-raising ceremony in front of the ESALQ Central Building and will then transfer the Office of the Secretariat of Agriculture and Supply of the State of São Paulo.

After these acts, the Secretary will participate in the launch of the book “Manual de Phytopathology”; will follow the lecture “Entrepreneurship and Innovation”; will participate in the launches of ESALQshow 2017 (ESALQ Agribusiness Innovation Technological Fair) and the AgTech Valley seal (Vale do Piracicaba) (10:30 am); the delivery of a Motion of Applause for 10 years of ESALQTec; and the “Desafio Aedes aegypti” and the “International Symposium on Scientific Initiation” (Siicusp).

The transfer will take place in the Centenary Room (on the 1st floor of the Central Building) and the other actions in the Main Hall.
