To streamline customer service logistics and expand its presence in different regions of the country, Satis, a company focused on fertilizer production, will open two more Distribution Centers (DC) this year. As President José do Nascimento Ribeiro informs, one of the CDs will be located in Formosa, north of Goiás, and the other in Balsas, south of Maranhão. In November last year, the Marau Distribution Center, in Rio Grande do Sul, changed its address and was expanded, also including an office structure and meeting rooms.

Formosa is characterized by high-tech agricultural production of beans, corn, soybeans, horticulture and wheat, with a good logistics and transport structure. Balsas is one of the important agribusiness cities in the MATOPIBAPA region – Maranhão, Tocantins, Piauí, Bahia and Pará. The main local crop is soybeans, responsible for 10% of national production, followed by corn and cotton crops. It also has modern equipment and technology to improve seeds and further increase productivity. These are suitable cities for the arrival of Satis, a company based in Araxá (MG) that develops foliar and soil fertilizers.

Solutions for the field

Satis fertilizers are distributed into two segments. Focused on nutritional function, the Vita line includes solutions that act to complement or replace elements when there is a deficiency or difficulty for the plant to absorb nutrients. Among these products is Vitaphol, a fertilizer in fluid and solid forms that helps the plant improve nutrient absorption.

The Satis Specials segment, in addition to the nutritional function, offers solutions enriched with additives in order to explore the maximum productive potential of plants. These are formulas that contribute to providing more tolerance to diseases and also increase root and leaf development. The segment includes products such as Fulland, an ally in the management of disease resistance, stimulates the production of plant self-defense substances, providing greater efficiency of fungicides. Another solution from the Specials line is Sturdy, aimed at adverse situations that stimulates the plant to absorb nutrients from the soil.
