The Santa Clara Group, headquartered in Ribeirão Preto (SP), a leader in technological innovation in plant nutrition and protection, achieved an impressive result in the 2023-2024 harvest, despite the challenges faced by the sector during this period. With an increase of 18,30% compared to the previous harvest, the Group's growth trend remains robust until the end of this year.
The growth achieved by the Santa Clara Group is the result of structured strategic planning, close and long-standing relationships with customers, investments in corporate governance and investments in innovation exceeding 8% of its gross revenue, practically double the sector average, and partnerships with more than 40 public and private institutions, which enable the continuous development of proprietary technologies and efficient and customized solutions that meet the demands for productivity and efficiency of rural properties in Brazil and abroad.
To support growth in a planned manner, the Group also restructured and expanded its sales team, led by Adelino Thomazini, who took over as sales director in May of this year, while Anderson Gusman and Rafael Oliveira became National Heads of the Santa Clara Group, and agricultural engineer Glayce Lopes became Head of Comex, serving countries in Latin America, Europe and Asia.
