The forecast for the coming days indicates the occurrence of irregular rainfall in much of Rio Grande do Sul. This is what is indicated in the Integrated Agrometeorological Bulletin 17/2025, from the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock, Sustainable Production and Irrigation (Seapi), in partnership with Emater/RS and the Rio Grande do Sul Rice Institute (Irga).
Friday (25 / 4) e Saturday (26/4): the weather will remain stable, with no significant rainfall forecast, and mild temperatures.
Sunday (27 / 4): the passage of a cold front across the ocean is expected to change weather conditions in much of the state. More uniform rainfall is expected in the North, Alto Uruguai, Missões, Campos de Cima da Serra, Serra, Litoral Norte and Metropolitan regions. In the other regions, light and isolated rain is expected.
Monday (28 / 4): the cold front is still influencing the weather, maintaining unstable conditions in some regions. The action of a cold air mass from this day onwards should cause temperatures to drop, especially in the regions of Campos de Cima da Serra, Serra, Campanha and Fronteira Oeste, where thermometers may register values below 5°C between Monday and Tuesday (28 and 29/4).
Tuesday (29 / 4): there is no forecast of significant rainfall in the state.
Wednesday (30 / 4): the cold air mass begins to lose intensity, favoring the rise in temperatures in all regions of Rio Grande do Sul.
The forecast for the next seven days indicates that there will be reduced rainfall throughout the state. In general, accumulated rainfall should range between 2 mm and 20 mm. In the North, Alto Uruguai, Missões, Campos de Cima da Serra and Litoral Norte regions, rainfall may be slightly higher, ranging between 10 mm and 20 mm, with the possibility of exceeding these values, especially in the Alto Uruguai and North regions.
