Rovensa Next will distribute Novonesis biosolutions in the US

Novonesis and Rovensa Next have announced a distribution agreement for agricultural biosolutions in the United States. Rovensa Next will assume the marketing of selected Novonesis products starting with the 2027 crop season.

The agreement expands Rovensa Next's portfolio in the country. The company will now offer solutions for seed treatment, nutrition, biofertilization, biostimulation, biocontrol, and adjuvants. The product line covers stages from planting to post-harvest.

Novonesis will continue manufacturing the products. The company claims to have 130 years of experience in biosolutions. According to the company, the agreement aims to expand access to the technologies for retailers and producers.

René Garza, Senior Vice President of Planetary Health at Novonesis, highlighted products for soy, such as Optimize, NodPro, and Cell-Tech XC with ProPort Technology. He also mentioned TagTeam BioniQ and Cell-Tech Multi-Pulse for pulses.

Rovensa Next has expanded its presence in the United States in recent years. The company has integrated operations such as Oro Agri, Agro-K, and Cosmocel. The country ranks third in revenue for the company.

Under the agreement, Rovensa Next will assume direct commercial responsibility for products focused on soybeans, corn, pulses, and peanuts. The list includes Optimize, NodPro, Torque, Ratchet, BioniQ, TagTeam, QuickRoots, Cell-Tech, and JumpStart.

For fruits and vegetables, Rovensa Next will distribute Actinovate alongside its biocontrol portfolio. Novonesis will maintain selected segments, including the Optimize and Nitragin forage portfolio for alfalfa and clover.

Chuck Broughton, head of Rovensa Next in North America, stated that producers are looking for easy-to-use, field-proven solutions with a return on investment. According to him, the combination of portfolios targets critical problems in agricultural production.
