Accelerating the international expansion of Perfect Flight, an agtech that improves efficiency in agricultural spraying, will be the main mission of Rodrigo Iafelice dos Santos, who joins the startup as Strategic Advisor bringing with him more than 24 years of international experience in agribusiness and global agtech .

“The experience and exceptional results achieved by Rodrigo in the agro and agtech markets are credentials that will greatly add to our purpose of helping rural producers around the world to be more efficient, competitive and sustainable. With your arrival at Perfect Flight, we will now expand our operations to the global market and further improve our services and solutions, for all our customers, in Brazil and around the world”, says Co-Founder and CEO of Perfect Flight, Kriss Corso.

“The solutions offered by Perfect Flight are absolutely aligned with my life purpose and my vision for technology in global agribusiness: they reduce costs for rural producers, increase operational efficiency and productivity, making agricultural and food production more sustainable” , notes Rodrigo, who is also a member of the Agricultural Advisory Board of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and is a member of the Advisory Boards of some Agtechs and Foodtechs.

According to him, Perfect Flight solves a pain point for producers around the world: the aerial spraying of agricultural pesticides, liquid fertilizers and other inputs, which has a material impact on production costs and the environment, most of the time due to pure lack of knowledge. and lack of information, exactly what the company solves with technology and intelligence.

More than 8,5 million hectares monitored

Founded 3 years ago in São João da Boa Vista (SP), Perfect Flight brought to agribusiness a technological platform for managing aerial spraying, increasing intelligence, efficiency and significantly reducing production costs for producers of different agricultural crops, sizes and locations, throughout Brazil.

Since then, new features have been frequently added so that rural producers, agricultural aviation companies and other "stakeholders" in the agricultural value chain have access to concrete data, in real time, and can carry out assertive spraying, with less use of pesticides, liquid fertilizers and other inputs sprayed on Brazilian crops.

Perfect Flight has already monitored and processed data on more than 8,5 million hectares in Brazil, making it the largest agtech and the largest database for spraying in the world. Such numbers also place the company among the largest Agtechs in the world, in all sectors. Since it began operations, the agtech has been doubling its revenue and tripling the number of hectares monitored each year.

The company counts some of the biggest players in global agriculture as clients and offers solutions for soybean, corn, cotton, coffee, orange, forestry, sugar cane, rice and fruit crops. Some of its main clients include Raizen, Amaggi, Tereos and SLC. With Rodrigo's arrival, the objective is for such solutions to be available to customers in the United States, Europe and other Latin American countries, as early as 2021.

“Our solutions and reports on performance, sustainability and increased efficiency generate immense value for global agriculture. I see exceptional potential for Perfect Flight around the world”, highlights Rodrigo.
