Rizobacter announces the incorporation of Ignacio Moyano Córdoba (in the photo) to the company's leadership team in Brazil. The executive, who is an agricultural engineer graduated from the National University of Córdoba, in Argentina, has the mission of using his experience to reinforce the company's positioning in the Brazilian market by building lasting relationships with various players in the segment's production chain.

“Biotechnology plays a fundamental role in agriculture, which is why I am proud to be part of one of the largest companies in the sector in Brazil and in the world”, says the executive, who also comments that “the consolidation of Rizobacter in the country contributes to the production of food more sustainable and efficient. This is because our technology allows not only increased productivity, but also gains from the use of biofungicides, growth bioregulators and bioinsecticides. In other words, solutions that promote improvements to the environment,” he explains.

The executive's vision is aligned with that of other leaders and the company's values. According to him, we are working in perfect synergy, ready to face challenges together and explore the countless opportunities that agribusiness offers us. Our success formula is simple: Inspiring Leadership + Entrepreneurial Strategy + Solid Financial and Administrative Management”. He adds that “when these minds come together, the result happens. The synergy between People & Culture, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, Administration and Finance together is the driving force behind our achievements.”

Córdoba highlights that the company is revolutionizing the market and impacting the entire chain by allowing greater efficiency in the use of nutrients or biological nitrogen fixation, which reduces the use of chemical products and has a positive impact on the entire sector.

“Sustainability is a strategic pillar at Rizobacter. What we have to expect in the future is an increasingly demanding market, as this is an issue that is becoming increasingly important and our challenge as a team is to be prepared and use the power of biotechnology to prepare our partners and farmers for the coming years", he says.

In relation to the market, the new director assesses that the vast majority of Brazilian farmers believe in and invest in technology. According to him, “the challenges within Rizobacter continue to be how we seek the best tools for the farmer and this requires a lot of knowledge and investment. I guarantee that the work is to continue showing the sustainability, efficiency and best profitability of the biotechnologies we introduce to the sector”, he concludes.
