Being increasingly closer to the producer offering solutions and support has been J.Assy's main strategy. In addition to having professionals who work to solve problems in the field, the company carries out actions and partnerships with resellers.

According to Wellington Casati, Sales Coordinator at J.Assy, today resellers are the brand's main customers and an important channel for accessing the market. There are more than a thousand partners from north to south of Brazil and also in Paraguay. They account for around 30% of the company's revenue.

Resellers specializing in technology sell products such as Titanium and Selenium dosers, and Visum Adubo and Grãos Finos sensors. “Resellers for us are separated into two profiles, those that offer discs and spare parts, and others that specialize in technology. But both profiles are important”, he says.

To strengthen this partnership, J.Assy offers technical training for the sales team and provides support during events held for producers and customers.

Success Case

Among the resellers specializing in technology is Delta Agro, one of the pioneers in this market. Headquartered in Luís Eduardo Magalhães/BA and with branches in Maranhão, Tocantins and Pará. The reseller has been a partner with J.Assy for over five years. “J.Assy is a great commercial partner and very important for us, as we are a company that works only in the field of agricultural technology. We seek to stay connected to companies with the same values as ours and that put technology first”, highlights Paulo André, owner of Delta Agro.

Adriano Quarella, owner of Delta Agro in Paragominas/PA, talks about the quality and technology of J.Assy's products. According to him, he already knew the company's solutions even before reselling. “The Titanium solves the problem of seed distribution and is a simple and easy-to-install piece of equipment that provides much better production. And Selenium with 100% Brazilian technology is also widely accepted, with more than 300 lines installed here in the region. These are solutions that increase our range of technologies for producers,” he says.

Producers in Pará still feel a huge lack of technology and Delta, with its eye on this market, set up shop in Paragominas. “Our objective today is not just to exhibit technological products, but to provide an after-sales assistance service to the farmer, monitoring and collecting results. This way we show the customer how important it is to acquire the correct equipment and J.Assy has been fundamental in this work”, highlights Quarella.

The businessman reinforces the importance of the support that J.Assy offers resellers. “For us, it is very comfortable and a great guarantee to be able to sell a product with the support of the manufacturer, the engineering and sales team. It’s very good and the partnership is only going to grow”, concludes the Director of Delta Agro.
