Research aims to identify characteristics that are desired in small seed dosers

There are several factors that can contribute to increasing crop productivity, including chemical and physical correction of the soil, the use of cultivars with high genetic potential and the use of high-precision agricultural machinery.

Considering the search for an agricultural activity that provides the use of means of production in an economical and rational way, through the correct individualization, deposition and reduction of physical damage to seeds, a project was created to develop an adaptable prototype in dosers pneumatics, already existing on the agricultural market, for dosing small seeds, such as rice, wheat and oats, maximizing the use and exploitation of the seeder through the adaptation of low complexity mechanisms.

To prepare this work, there is a need to carry out research into the needs and requirements of consumers, clients or end users of this product. This study is carried out with the aim of distinguishing the parameters that will influence the decision-making of alternatives for developing a project design.
