Raven from Brazil is present at the IV GMEC Seminar

Raven do Brasil participated in the IV GMEC Seminar, a motorcycle mechanization group in the sugar-energy sector. The event took place on November 26th in Ribeirão Preto (SP) and was attended by professionals in the field of mechanization of plants in the sugar and alcohol sector. Guest speakers and partner companies were present who discussed topics related to technology and sustainability.

Raven do Brasil showed some of its technological solutions, including the AgSync management platform, the VSN camera pilot, communication between machines, the Hawkeye spraying system together with the success case of the Cofco partner plant and the new concept of Raven, the Raven Autonomy.

AgSync is a management platform that provides better day-to-day application management, increasing efficiency on each machine. It is logistics software for agricultural applications, whose objective is to be efficient in operations with machines where we have connectivity coming from the customer's ERP system to AgSync.

The newest advancement in Raven technology, the VSN uses a stereo camera to navigate lines, allowing the operator to maintain focus on other important aspects of spraying. Covers more area per day and provides easier machine operation, maximizing production profit. VSN transforms the machine's orientation using the planting lines as a guide.

With Machine to Machine, the customer can carry out the application with two machines at the same time in the same field. It is possible to work with machines with different bar sizes, and the work carried out is saved in the cloud, making it possible to check the results of the application in the office.

The Hawkeye nozzle control system controls pressure and flow and allows precise application in the most diverse conditions, with nozzle-to-nozzle operation. Each nozzle is controlled by an individual pulse valve, which gives you a consistent application pattern as speed and conditions change.
