The calendar for publishing surveys carried out by the National Supply Company (Conab) in 2021 is now available on state website. With this, producers, unions and rural cooperatives, government representatives and agribusiness specialists can now consult the release dates for the harvests of grains, coffee, sugar cane and the commercialization of vegetables in the Ceasas that will be projected by the Company.

The first survey, on the 13th, will address the performance of area, production and productivity of grain crops during the summer period. There are 12 monthly surveys, with the last one ending the 2020/21 harvest year in September. In the case of the grain harvest, from October onwards the announcements provide an overview of the beginning of the next production cycle.

Still in January, Conab released on the 21st the first survey, in a series of four, of the 2021 harvest of coffee production in the main producing regions of the country. Subsequent surveys take place in the months of May, September and December.

The first monthly survey of vegetable sales in the main Supply Centers (Ceasas) in the country is scheduled for the 26th of this month. Throughout the year, every month, surveys are carried out that are part of the Brazilian Horticulture Market Modernization Program, which is implemented by Conab.

In the case of sugarcane, the fourth and final survey, which closes the 2020/21 harvest, is scheduled for April 20th, bringing, among other data, the percentage of crushing allocation for ethanol or sugar. Soon after, the Company begins publishing the first data for the 2021/22 sugar and alcohol harvest, followed by updates of information in the months of August and November.
