Being close to the farmer offering solutions that will result in productivity gains, product savings and greater profitability at the end of the harvest is the objective of the Aplique+ Program. Provided by Agrotechnica Soluções Agrícolas, a company based in Indaiatuba, in the interior of São Paulo, the program was created to offer support when it comes to product application technology in farming.
Aplique+ encompasses high-tech solutions to improve the quality of the mixtures and increase spraying efficiency, but the program is not limited to just offering products but providing complete support to the producer. According to the person responsible for Agrotechnica's research and development areas, Renan Yoshida, the company's team carries out practical demonstrations and checks the client's application conditions before and after training.
This care ensures that the activity is being carried out correctly and that the spray tips are in accordance with the application of the agrochemical in question. “The adjustments vary between herbicides, fungicides and insecticides. We have to make sure that the flow and speed are adequate, as well as monitor whether the weather conditions are suitable”, says the professional.
All this information is first passed on to farmers and farm staff in theoretical training. Subsequently, practical training is carried out. “In theory we talk about the products that will make the application robust and in the practical demonstration we evaluate the application with and without the product to be able to visualize the differences”, says Yoshida.
According to the person responsible for research and development at Agrotechnica, Aplique + has several possibilities. Agrotechnica seeks to provide producers with all solutions in general, showing the benefits and advantages of investing in application technology and having well-calibrated equipment. Furthermore, Aplique + is a dynamic program, in which there is always an exchange of knowledge with customers, providing continuous improvement of content. “This is the way to differentiate ourselves in the market, showing that we are not just interested in selling the product but rather offering complete pre- and post-sales support so that the farmer can make the most of the technologies offered”, concludes Yoshida.
