The production of the Arabica coffee species in Brazil is present in the five macroeconomic regions – South, Southeast, Central-West, North and Northeast – and occupies a total area of ​​1,47 million hectares, with production estimated at 36,98 million hectares. 60kg bags and average productivity of 25,16 bags per hectare in 2019. Regarding conilon coffee, the area occupied in production is 373,22 thousand hectares, with a volume of 13,93 million bags and productivity of 37,34 bags per hectare.

With regard exclusively to the production of Arabica coffee, in the Southeast Region, which brings together the largest producing states of this species, the total production of Arabica coffee estimated at 34,38 million bags, occupies 1,34 million hectares, with an average productivity of 25,59 .2019 bags per hectare, in 1,24. The second largest Arabica coffee producing region in Brazil – Northeast –, this year, has a production of 16,38 million bags and productivity of 75,5 bags per hectare in an area of ​​37,40 .1,05 thousand hectares. In the South Region, only Paraná produces this species in an area of ​​28,07 thousand hectares, with an estimated production of 2019 million bags and productivity of 236 bags per hectare. Finally, in the Central-West Region, Arabica coffee production in 6,56 was estimated at 35,94 thousand bags, in an area of ​​XNUMX thousand hectares and productivity of XNUMX bags per hectare.
