Producers learn about Coopavel’s industrial processes

The São Sebastião branch, in the municipality of Vera Cruz do Oeste, found a simple way to further improve the confidence of members and farmers in the products and services offered by Coopavel. Small groups of cooperative members and rural producers, observing careful health standards, have the opportunity to visit the cooperative's industrial park, in Cascavel.

Welcomed by managers and technicians, they have the chance to get to know up close the processes that make Coopavel one of the largest and most respected agro-industrial cooperatives in Paraná. “Producers visit the fertilizer, seed and foliar fertilizer industries. There, they follow the stages of the work and can ask questions about issues that they usually discuss with professionals in charge of technical assistance”, says branch manager Ronan Felipe da Cruz Kegler.

The groups are made up of cooperative members and rural producers from Vera Cruz and neighboring communities – even some from Santa Helena, around 50 kilometers away, participate. “With the formation of these small groups, they can interact and exchange information, a dynamic that contributes to advances in the daily life of rural properties”, according to Ronan. In industries, groups are informed about structure, production processes, analyzes and quality criteria and also about dispatches, in other words: they come to better understand the beginning of industrialization and the delivery of products to their properties.

Coopavel has an important difference, according to president Dilvo Grolli: it operates in several industrial segments, which makes it one of the most complete in the sector in the State. “There really is a wide range of products and services that cooperative members and rural producers can access from our cooperative’s own manufacturing, and this is very good”, says manager Ronan Kegler, who highlights that this is a significant point in such a fierce market. “Quality of product and technical assistance, professionalism, dedication, relationships, trust and credibility are essential. And Coopavel offers all of this”, he says.
