Present in five Brazilian states, the company PME Máquinas, which is part of the Pianna Group, was elected the best New Holland Agriculture dealership among the 59 that operate in the country. The unprecedented recognition took place during the New Holland Brazil Distributors Meeting, held at the beginning of December in Curitiba, capital of Paraná.

On the occasion, the leaders of PME Máquinas received the Carlos Rodrigues Trophy, destined for the best dealership in the country, but the achievements did not stop there. PME Máquinas came first in five of the seven categories in the Dealer Standard, an award created by New Holland Brasil itself to rank the brand's dealerships. They were: commercial, parts, after-sales, services and sustainability.

"The Dealer Standard is the tool that monitors and evaluates our dealers in relation to the standards recommended by the New Holland brand. And the Bluebelt seal, also granted to PME Máquinas, is recognition that that dealer is among the best performers in the network that year ”, explained Jefferson Kohler, director of dealer development at New Holland Agriculture South America.

For Leonardo Pianna, executive director of PME Máquinas and director of the Pianna Group, the dealership's achievements are a reflection of all the work that has been developed to guarantee the best service to customers, both in physical structure and personalized solutions. “We know we still have a lot to do, but it is gratifying to realize that we are on the right path,” he celebrated.

Frederico Gava, corporate manager at PME Máquinas, reinforces that the awards are recognition of work developed not only in the last year, but for decades. “Almost 40 years of the company and the dedication of a committed team are being recognized. Our entire team worked towards this result, focused mainly on our customer and their experience, with important investments that have propelled PME Máquinas to a new level.”
