The search for solutions intensified in 2020, due to social isolation caused by the coronavirus, revealing the need for faster operations. This demand occurred in all segments and in agribusiness it was no different. Last year, the startup Assinei was launched, whose software bears the same name. According to the company's CEO, Michely Souza, the aim of the platform is to digitize the management and signing of documents, streamlining legal processes in agricultural companies.

With just under a year of operation, Assinei has already generated more than 10 thousand signed documents and has more than 700 users. “The platform was developed to bring much more to agribusiness than contract management. It allows the electronic and digital signature of titles, Rural Producer Certificate and other documents that formalize business”, says Souza. She also reports that by digitizing the process, it is possible to reduce the time spent collecting physical signatures by up to 97%. At Assinei, the document is created or stored on the platform and is then sent by email or SMS for users to sign.[

Signature with legal validity

The CEO highlights that the main benefits are practicality and safety. Assinei, which can be integrated into any software, has legal validity and operates in accordance with MP 2.200-2/01, which regulates digital certification, electronic signatures and creates the Public Key infrastructure, known as ICP Brasil. o The platform uses HASH SHA 512 encryption and Blockchain technology to promote high technological security in transactions. In addition to helping to reduce bureaucracy in various departments, Assinei allows the storage, control of deadlines and signatures of documents such as commercial proposals, receipts, duplicates, assignment terms and various other documents.

Practicality, safety and sustainability

Assinei user, Michelly Silva, is an internal control analyst at Agrocat, a reseller that sells agricultural pesticides located in Mato Grosso. Silva says that the platform is making a difference in the company's routine. “The flow of papers for signature was huge and the platform optimized our work. It is easy to view information, sending documents is simple and archiving is organized. For customers to whom we send documents for signature, access is easy and practical. Not to mention the platform support, with fast and dedicated service.” Says the analyst
