How to properly control thrips in soybeans and cotton

Pioneer, a seed brand from Corteva Agriscience, held, this Wednesday (26), the Time of Diffusers event, which took place for the first time virtually and was attended by more than 2.000 people. In a Talk Show with the presence of Roberto Hun, president of Corteva Agriscience for Brazil and Paraguay; and guests Roberto Rodrigues, coordinator of the FGV Agribusiness Center; Luís Felli, senior vice president and general manager of AGCO; and Renato Silva, executive director of Valmont Brasil, essential topics for agribusiness were discussed, such as agriculture of the future and the post-pandemic market.
The meeting also featured lectures given by researchers from Embrapa, professors from universities such as Esalq-USP, UFU and UniRV, in addition to the team of agronomists from Corteva, in thematic and technical rooms aimed at each region of Brazil. Several topics were covered with a focus on summer corn, off-season corn and silage, including physiology for high productivity, evolution of biotechnology and genetics, stunting, management of stink bugs and nematodes and fertilizer system.
For almost two decades, the brand has been sharing knowledge capable of opening new frontiers in agribusiness through the Time de Difusores project. It is regionalized agronomic information about technology, market, management and trends shared, first-hand, with customers and partners who disseminate the knowledge obtained with the agricultural community in their regions. Over these 19 years, the project has brought together more than 45 thousand people.
