Piccin highlights the importance of soil preparation at Agrotins

Piccin Tecnologia Agrícola is participating in Agrotins Digital 2020, a traditional fair held in Palmas/TO. The big news this year is that due to the new coronavirus pandemic, the fair is taking place on a digital platform through website.

Among the highlighted products is the Master 15000 Full tech - multifunctional and self-calibrating fertilizer and corrective distributor. Suitable for precision agriculture because it is simple and effective, the equipment allows you to apply solid fertilizers and correctives with precision and agility.

It is also equipped with a control system with load cells, which maintains the application dosage in real time. The implement continuously adjusts the desired rate, ensuring much more precision and agility in the work. The distributor comes with a variable rate sensor kit and, as it has the factory ISOBUS standard, it allows communication with most virtual terminals of all tractor brands, depending on the customer's option.

Another highlight of the company will be the 120 Disc Floating Leveling Harrow – (GANFPRD 120). The equipment has mechanically driven wheels and can be transported longitudinally, which facilitates access in narrow passages. With a total working width of 11 meters, the implement has, among other differences, the possibility of being divided into two smaller grids of 60 discs and an opening system using hydraulic cylinders to adjust the cutting angle, which allows the operator to “open and close” the grille with great ease.

Customers who access the fair portal will also have access to the Piccin Scarifier with fertilizer and seed distribution box (DSAP). This equipment that makes up the scarifier line is equipped with a remote control and is mainly used in soils that require decompaction and scarification with a maximum depth of action of 260mm. This type of equipment breaks the soil through the propagation of cracks, that is, the surface is not overturned as in plowing or harrowing and, thus, there is disruption in its natural fracture lines.
