To serve the states of Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul and Goiás, Perfect Flight, a startup for aerial monitoring of agricultural pesticides, expanded its team of professionals and hired a sales executive: Geovane Gomes Monteiro. With more than 20 years of experience in agribusiness, the executive has a postgraduate degree in MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a degree in Administration from the University of Cuiabá. He also studied in Germany through the Bayer AcademyProgram and Leading BayWay programs, which gave him another postgraduate degree, focusing on People Management. To improve his English language, he took classes in Vancouver, Canada.

Geovane also has experience with large global companies, such as Bayer Cropscience, Corteva, FMC, Syngenta–Nidera Sementes and Longping High Tech. “He adds to the company his expertise and knowledge in the area, accompanied by a strong commercial relationship in this agro market. It will be our reference for strengthening the brand in the Midwest region. We are confident of a successful path”, highlights Leonardo Luvezuti, operations manager at Perfect Flight.

For the startup's new sales executive, the opportunity is a positive challenge. “We are experiencing a true digital revolution and that is what we want to show to Perfect customers. The field is already strongly associated with technology, so I come to reinforce this vision with all producers and entrepreneurs”, says Geovane.
