Partnership between Orion and John Deere strengthens furrow application

Orion, the largest Brazilian manufacturer of equipment for application of liquid products into the soil, consolidates partnership with the giant American John Deere, in the Greensystem product line, to supply the entire Brazilian John Deere network, high quality equipment, reliability and performance.

With this partnership, John Deere adds to its portfolio of planting the most advanced technology in the application of biological products within the groove, delivering more productivity to its customers with sustainability social, environmental and agronomic.

According to José Tonon Jr., Marketing Director of the ORION Group, This partnership had been built for years, consolidating on March 15 past, with the signing of the contract between the two companies and announced to the market at AGRISHOW in Ribeirão Preto, in the last week of April.

To ensure the sustainability and longevity of this partnership, ORION is investing this year, another US$ 5,0 million dollars, around 25,0 million reais, in the construction of a new and modern factory in Quintana/SP, which will come into operation next November, says Alexandre Santiago, Vice-President and Group Financial Director.
