PR 2024/25 Harvest: harvests suffer from unstable weather
Corn, vegetables and coffee were the crops most affected in the first week of July
Registration is now open for the virtual course “Good Practices in Lubrication and Laboratory Analysis”, which will be held between August 4th and 14th, with online classes from 19pm to 22pm (Brasília time). The training is aimed at engineers, technicians, maintenance supervisors and professionals in the area of reliability and industrial and agricultural processes.
With a 24-hour workload, the course is led by two renowned experts: Colombian engineer Pedro Albarracín Aguillón, a leading figure in tribology in Latin America, and engineer Marcos Thadeu Giacomin Lobo, with over three decades of experience in the fuel and lubricants sector at BR Distribuidora.
The technical program includes topics such as fundamentals of tribology, lubricant selection and application, contamination control, lubrication methods, route planning, and interpretation of laboratory analyses. Participants will have access to digital materials, class recordings, and a certificate of participation.
Students may also opt for the CTIBPLAL Tribes Category I Certification, a 100-question exam requiring a minimum score of 80% to pass. The certificate is valid for four years and requires an additional fee.
The cost of the course is R$800 per participant, plus taxes. It is also possible to purchase the technical support book for R$400, with shipping included.
