At Sitevi, New Holland highlights the Straddle Tractor TE6

New Holland highlights the Straddle Tractor TE6 (TE6.120N and TE6.150N) at Sitevi 2023, an event that takes place from November 28th to 30th in Montpellier, France. The line is made up of tractors specifically designed for narrow vineyards.

The design of the new Straddle Tractor range is inspired by the Straddle Tractor Concept, created by New Holland in collaboration with Italian design company Pininfarina. The Concept tractor featured a futuristic and elegant look inspired by the shape of a champagne glass in homage to premium winegrowers from regions such as Champagne, Médoc and Burgundy.

The new TE6.120N and TE6.150N are designed specifically for some of the most prestigious wine-producing regions, adapting to narrow French vineyards and any terrain with similar characteristics, as explained by CNH Industrial in a statement.

The new range of tractors is highly multifunctional, highlights the company: "it features three independent tool zones for multiple possible combinations of implements. They have also been designed to guarantee extra-fast engagement – ​​less than 15 minutes for a trimmer – and to allow the operator keeps the tools attached without leaving the cab, saving time and maximizing efficiency."

“Multifunctionality, maneuverability, compact design and power: these are the key elements of the new Straddle Tractor range that is completely revolutionizing our offering in Straddle tractors,” said Thierry Le Briquer, global product and platform manager for grape, olive harvester and New Holland coffee.

Additionally, TE6 tractors: (a) are equipped with Intelliview IV Plus and My PLM Connect; (b) feature the IntelliFlow system, developed to offer balanced power distribution throughout the tractor and flow control for precise implement management, with up to 9 pump outputs; (c) renovated cabin with high visibility around the machine; (d) FPT Industrial Stage V engine.
