Those interested in storing public stocks and working with the National Supply Company (Conab) can now request accreditation. The notice to enable the units to provide storage services for the storage and conservation of products owned by the Union, Conab or linked to government programs is available on the Company's website.
To be able to receive agricultural products, including public stocks, the warehouse must comply with the technical and appropriate conditions of the National Storage Units Certification System (SNCUA), in addition to being in good standing with the Public Administration, and being free from irregularities in the Registry. Report on Unpaid Credits of the Federal Public Sector (Cadin), Supplier Registration System (Sicaf), among others.
Accreditation is valid for one year and starts from the signing of the Deposit Agreement and publication of the respective Contract Extract in the Official Gazette of the Union – DOU, and can be extended for 60 months. Orders must be placed from Monday to Friday, during business hours, at one of the Company's Regional Superintendencies located in the capitals of all Brazilian states.
Deposit Agreement - The Deposit Agreement template can also be found on the Company's website. The document was updated to adapt to the new legislation in force, Law number 13.303 published in 2016, also known as the State Law.
