The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (Mapa) released this Monday (21/03) the new version of the Rural Insurance Atlas, a platform that allows users to access information and data on policies contracted under the Premium Subsidy Program of Rural Insurance (PSR).
“The platform has become more modern, transparent and user-friendly. Users can search PSR data and produce relevant information and reports to understand rural insurance contracts in the country”, explains the director of Mapa's Risk Management Department, Pedro Loyola.
In the environment, it is possible to access historical data since 2006, in addition to facilitating data filtering and presenting specialized information with new maps made available for UFs.
In order to improve and facilitate research on the Program, the methodological note for the data in this panel was also released. The user will be able to find all the concepts of the fields presented, in addition to the formulas used for their construction, which can now be accessed at this link.
The detail of information has also been improved. The user can access the “Open Data” tab directly in the system, to download all information available per policy with daily updates.
