The distribution system for stainless steel equipment from MP Agro Máquinas Agrícolas, from Ibaté-SP, was updated with a new design at the rear, modified to achieve better results in the quality of product application. The novelty will be presented in the Z, Taurus, Robust and Truck lines, during Expo Coopercitrus – Business Fair, promoted by the cooperative, from July 24th to 28th, in Bebedouro-SP.
The distributors now have a new drop point, which makes it easier for the farmer to adjust the application width by simply changing the angle at which the product falls on the discs, providing greater reach of the broadcast range and application ranges of up to 42 meters wide. “In addition to the new adjustment system, we maintain the technology that has been improved over 12 years of experience", explains Abner Santos, sales coordinator at MP Agro, adding that “the drawer-shaped belt is capable of always remaining aligned , due to its internal guide structure and rollers without bearings”.
The MP agro portfolio has precision agriculture shipped from the factory, and to make it work optimally, they have technology prepared to guarantee its correct application through sensors. “The distributors are equipped with an encoder-type sensor, which is located on the front axle of the belt, monitoring rotation and preventing failures due to slipping during application, reducing operating errors and waste”, points out Abner.
The entire update was carried out to meet the needs of producers. “MP Agro is increasingly responding to the requests of the producing class, reinforcing our purpose as a company, making it possible to promote the growth of the agricultural sector in Brazil. Today, with these solutions, operational performance becomes much higher, thanks to the reduction in the number of maintenance stops due to the high quality of components and the structure of the distributors, also due to the increase in load capacity, embedded technology, saving resources , among other gains in productivity”, reinforces the company’s marketing coordinator, Karen Morales.
The brand's distributor lines are made from 100% stainless steel, a highly corrosion-resistant material that guarantees greater durability and resistance to the machine, as well as ease of cleaning and maintenance. It is a sustainable product due to its resistance, guaranteeing the producer much more durable equipment in the field.
