New solutions for pivot irrigation hit the market during Agrishow 2022

Valley Irrigation will present new technologies for pivot irrigation to the market, during Agrishow 2022 - the largest agricultural technology fair in Brazil, which takes place between April 25th and 29th, in Ribeirão Preto (SP). The producer will get to know first-hand, at the brand's stand, Valley's new X-TEC family. These are solutions with a total focus on dynamism and technology, these are the models: X-TEC 68 and X-TEC 343.

Both models have frequency inverters, which provide continuous advance of the bids. According to Valley's Engineering and Services Manager, Diego Funghetti Pezzini, the producer will benefit from a greater speed of advancement in the application, in addition to a longer useful life of the mechanical components.

One of the main differences is agility: the X-TEC 68 is twice as fast and the X-TEC 343 is five times faster compared to a conventional system. Another highlight of Valley's X-TEC family is its versatility. “The X-TEC solution allows pivots to carry out more effective chemigation and fertigation operations, quickly and with smaller blades. Furthermore, in addition to the solution package, protections were added to the electrical boxes, which will provide greater durability to the components”, explains the manager.

Pezzini also highlights that another benefit added by using the X-TEC family is the reduction in crop crushing. “The pivot will follow its own trail, avoiding an extra loss. In this sense, Valley creates another aspect of use for the equipment”, he concludes.

The launch integrates the portfolio of solutions from Valmont, a world leader in the manufacture of reliable irrigation equipment and technologies for agriculture.
