New Holland will be present at Show Rural Coopavel, a fair to be held between the 6th and 10th of February, in Cascavel (PR). The brand presents for the first time the new PL 6000 seeder and the TC harvester with the new MAR-1 electronic engine.
The event also marks the launch of a movement developed by the company to stimulate the recovery of the national economy through agribusiness. In addition, New Holland will present the practical results of testing the biomethane-powered tractor - a project carried out in partnership with Itaipu Binacional.
“Show Rural Coopavel is the main fair in Paraná and one of the largest in Brazil. Without a doubt, the ideal time to check out what 2017 will be like and how rural producers are preparing for the next harvest, which should be a record,” says Rafael Miotto, vice-president of New Holland for Latin America.
The National Confederation of Agriculture (CNA) estimates a harvest of 215 million tons of grains in the country. Paraná is expected to harvest 23,3 million tons of grains in the 16/17 harvest, according to data from the State Department of Agriculture and Supply (Seab), a 15% increase compared to the previous period.
