New Holland presents a complete line of agricultural solutions at Expointer 2024. The company seeks to serve all producer profiles. Highlights include the launch of the T6.140 Electro Command tractor, with an electronic engine, and the FieldOps agricultural management application. The new line of PL4000 planters is also present.
According to Eduardo Kerbauy, vice-president of New Holland for Latin America, this year's Expointer is special. It marks the resumption of agribusiness in Rio Grande do Sul after adverse weather events. He states that the company is inspired by the resilience of the people of Rio Grande do Sul to continue innovating. The objective is to contribute to a more sustainable future.
The T6.140 Electro Command tractor is one of New Holland's main highlights at Expointer. It stands out for its 141 hp electronic engine and the new Electro Command 16x16 and 32x32 transmission. The equipment was developed in Brazil with the collaboration of customers, who participated in research and field tests. The result is a balanced machine, which promises quick responses and lower fuel consumption.
The T6.140 Electro Command also comes equipped with telemetry as standard and the new P&CMf connectivity module. This allows the operation to be managed through the FieldOps application, which will be launched at Expointer. The tractor's cabin is spacious and comfortable, with ergonomically positioned controls to facilitate the operator's work.
Digital agricultural management
FieldOps is another New Holland product at the show. The application, available for mobile and web devices, was developed to simplify agricultural management. It brings together real-time monitoring, remote viewing and an intuitive interface. The proposal is to avoid the use of multiple applications, unifying the main management needs in a single place.
The FieldOps app aims to optimize farmers' workflow. It was created to monitor the entire process, from connecting to machines to analyzing data after the harvest. The objective is to offer a versatile tool that simplifies the routine in the field.
PL4000
The new line of PL4000 planters is also at Expointer. Aimed at small and medium-sized producers, the PL4000 expands New Holland's portfolio. With a fertilizer capacity of up to 200 kg per row, the planters are compact and efficient. They are ideal for large grains, such as soybeans and corn, and were developed in partnership with ICV Agro Parts.
