Márcio Contreras takes over as commercial marketing director for Latin America; Paulo Máximo becomes director of commercial services and operations planning at CNH for Latin America

Márcio Contreras and Paulo Máximo
New Holland, a CNH brand, now has Márcio Contreras as its new commercial marketing director for Latin America. The executive takes over the role from Paulo Máximo, who now holds the position of director of commercial services and operations planning at CNH for Latin America, leading areas such as: production planning; corporate governance, data analytics; business intelligence; customer experience and innovation; CNH’s new business models and strategic partners.
Paulo Máximo is an engineer, with an MBA and a master's degree in administration, and has more than 25 years of experience in the sector. Throughout his career at CNH, he worked in several areas within the organization, contributing significantly to growth by promoting innovation and improving the company's customer experience.
Graduated in business administration, with a specialization in Marketing, Management and Innovation from institutions such as Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and Tel Aviv University, Contreras has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial and marketing areas.
Among the companies he worked for are O Boticário, Monsanto and CNH itself, where for the last 13 years he was part of the Banco CNH team. Since 2016, he has served as the bank's commercial and marketing director. He was also a professor of MBAs at FGV and a lecturer in the areas of business, marketing and sales, as well as the author of books in the business sector.
