West of Bahia begins cotton sowing this Sunday, 21st
The sanitary void for cotton ends this Saturday, November 20th, in the western region of Bahia
During the entire week of November 22nd to 26th, Netafim, a drip irrigation company, participates in the 2021 edition of Sakata Field Day. Considered the biggest vegetable field day in South America, the event takes place at the Sakata Experimental Station Seed Sudamerica, 15 thousand m² area of the organizing company located in the interior of São Paulo, in the city of Bragança Paulista.
“One of the main pillars of the event is innovation. For this reason, at our stand we seek to present the latest in localized irrigation for vegetables, with a wide variety of products for any application. Furthermore, our technical team will be present to share knowledge and clarify the main doubts of rural producers”, said Ricardo Almeida, CEO of Netafim Brasil and Mercosul.
The expected audience for this edition is 2 thousand people, including producers, nurseries, distributors, researchers and other agribusiness professionals.
During the five-day event, 112 varieties of vegetables (21 species) and 4 varieties of flowers will be presented, including 35 new releases (including vegetables and flowers). The space has a Hydroponics Station, with 400m² and 18 varieties on display, as well as a special area dedicated to Tomato Grafts (in the field) and also a field of watermelons, in different stages of development and with different types of treatments. .
The event also has a part entirely focused on the Technical Exhibition of products and services related to cultivation technologies. It is in this space that Netafim has its exhibition stand. Among the products and technologies presented are: sprinkler and micro-spray, connectors and accessories, FlexNet, NetBow and Streamline X.
Considering the context of the pandemic in the country and aiming to ensure a top quality event and the best possible experience for all visitors, the event will adopt all health safety protocols related to Covid-19.
