Analyzing the current credit scenario in Brazil and discussing new alternatives through the exchange of knowledge between experts are some of the objectives of the National Credit Congress for Agribusiness, which takes place in a hybrid way on November 09th in São Paulo, the capital and broadcast live over the internet.
“With the increasing need for food production to supply more than 7 billion people in the world, Brazilian agribusiness plays a fundamental role. However, to complete production, it is essential that the country has available and efficient credit strategies and opportunities and legal security. For this reason, it is extremely important that we discuss best practices and sources of financing in agribusiness. ”, says Mayra Delfino, director of Conacredi.
The opening will be performed by Marcos Fava Neves, known as Doutor Agro. The event will also feature the participation of Bernardo Fabiani, specialist in granting credit for agribusiness and CEO of TerraMagna, in the panel on new directions in distribution.
“We are living in a historic moment for agribusiness, with an impact similar to that of the creation of the National Rural Credit System in 1964. With the diversity of opportunities offered by the creation of Fiagro and the appropriate management of risks in the field, we have increasing capacity not only to finance the day-to-day operations of the sector, but also to bring greater investment and productivity to our producers”, says Bernardo.
Among the confirmed speakers are: Roberta Paffaro, Director of new business CME Group (Chicago Stock Exchange), Renato Seraphim, CEO Valeouro Biotec and André M. Nassar, Executive President ABIOVE.
It will be possible to follow the event online and also in person in São Paulo, following all the authorities' determinations regarding distancing and safety measures. In the last edition, more than 300 people participated in the event and this year the number is expected to be even greater, as people from all over Brazil will be able to follow without leaving home through an exclusive platform.
