Mosaic Fertilizers, one of the largest global producers of combined phosphates and potassium, will be at the 13th Brazilian Cotton Congress, from August 16th to 18th, in Salvador. During the event, the company will provide farmers with knowledge about soil management and nutrition to increase productivity in cotton farming in a sustainable way.

Brazil is among the largest cotton producers and exporters in the world, with the expectation of increasing the 21/22 harvest by 20,3% in relation to the previous cycle. Mosaic Fertilizers recognizes the importance of Brazilian cotton farming, which is why it invests in technologies that help manage fertilizers and soil recovery. “Being present at the biggest event returning to cotton cultivation in the country, in a State that is a reference in this cultivation, is essential for us. It is an opportunity to connect with farmers, presenting our sustainable solutions and listening to their demands”, says Christian Pereira, Marketing Director.

Through the most complete portfolio on the market, the company offers solutions for fertilization and pasture, which contribute to the sustainable development of farming. The MicroEssentials line, for example, was developed to effectively make nutrients available throughout the entire crop cycle. There are two forms of sulfur, one readily available (SO4) and another with gradual release (elementary S), ensuring fertilization throughout the cycle.
