Mosaic Fertilizers, a global producer of combined phosphates and potassium, has seven vacancies open for the first half of 2022 in the third edition of the New Talents Program – Cultivating Knowledge, which seeks graduated professionals with at least two years of professional experience to reinforce your team.

The selection process will feature tests, using artificial intelligence and assessment, which will provide the possibility of evaluating candidates based on their profile and identifying their adherence to the company's culture. Video interviews and group dynamics are also planned with HR and the leadership of Mosaic Fertilizers. Successful candidates will proceed to the admission and integration stages. For those who do not continue, they will have the possibility of receiving feedback on their performance in the process, as a form of career development.
