Operation monitors national production of nitrogen fertilizers in Bahia
15 fertilizer producing establishments, two importers and two storage service providers were inspected
Mosaic Fertilizers, one of the largest global producers of combined phosphates and potash, is accepting applications for its New Talents internship program to begin in 2023. To ensure ethnic-racial and gender diversity in the workplace – a global goal of company -, the vacancies are exclusive to black people and women.
The opportunities are for university students who complete their degree between January 2024 and June 2025 and are spread across several Brazilian cities, where the company operates, such as Candeias (BA), Paranaguá (PR), Rosário do Catete (SE), Sorriso (MT ), Catalão (GO), São Paulo (SP), Cajati (SP), Tapira (MG), Araxá (MG) and Uberaba (MG). Interested parties can register until December 18th via website.

The selection process will feature tests, using resources such as gamification. Interviews and virtual group dynamics are also planned with HR and the leadership of Mosaic Fertilizers. Successful candidates will proceed to the admission and integration stages. Those who do not move forward will have the possibility of receiving feedback on their performance in the process, as a form of career development.
During the internship program, participants will be able to develop their technical and behavioral skills through immersion in the company's day-to-day work. Furthermore, they will have the opportunity to join a company that operates in two very relevant sectors of the economy, agribusiness and mining.
To participate, you must be studying Administration, Agribusiness, Agronomy, Computer Science, Science and Technology, Accounting Sciences, Economic Sciences, Foreign Trade, Social Communication, Law, Economics, Engineering, HR Management, Journalism, Logistics, Marketing, Mathematics , Psychology, Advertising and Propaganda, Public Relations, Occupational Safety, Social Service, Information Systems and Information Technology.
