Mosaic Fertilizers engages good practices in the transport chain

During the 16th edition of the Best Transporters Workshop and Award, Mosaic Fertilizers reinforced the importance of ethical action, based on corporate governance and concern for people's well-being, in its logistics chain. Held for the first time virtually, last Wednesday (26), the event included relevant presentations from company executives and featured a talk by the CEO of Pense Melhor Educação, Victor Mirshawka Júnior, on ‘Startup-you! Reinvent yourself!’.

The action is a recognition by the company to value professionals who, even during the pandemic, continued to provide the necessary support for the entire Agribusiness chain and, consequently, for the growth of the sector and food production in Brazil.

This year, four companies were awarded, for the quality of services provided and responsible action, in the categories: “solid B2B”, with first place for Rodoborges Transportes LTDA and second place for Transportadora Brasil Central LTDA; “liquid/gaseous”, with recognition for IC Transportes LTDA; and “B2C solids”, which awarded G10 Transportes LTDA. “It is a great pleasure to bring together our partners to encourage more responsible and excellent performance. We believe that small gestures, like this, can influence the entire chain to work better”, comments João Roberto Galhardo, Supply Chain director at Mosaic Fertilizers.

For Ivan Luis, Commercial Vice President of IC Transportes, in a year with so much adversity, it is a great pride to receive the recognition. “This award gratifies all our effort and work focused on meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations”, he comments. Oromildes Massom, Commercial Director at Transportadora Brasil Central LTDA, believes it is a great honor to receive this recognition from Mosaic Fertilizers.

The action rewards partner carriers that participated in the 2020 Carrier Assessment and Performance Program, promoted by the company to encourage partner excellence. “We are very happy to contribute positively to this process together with Mosaic Fertilizandos and further reinforce the partnership between our companies”, concludes Ângelo Araujo, Commercial Manager at Rodoborges Transportes LTDA.
